- part of Ingeniøren

The Sidechannel is a part of Ingeniøren, Denmark's oldest scientific newspaper, founded in 1892. For over a century, we have authoritatively reported on the scientific changes that have transformed Europe and the world.
We were there when Niels Bohr won the Nobel Prize for physics in 1922, when Danish researchers created the modern wind power industry in the late 1970s, and when Novo Nordisk proved that GLP-1s could cause dramatic weight loss in 2021.

Today, Ingeniøren reports on the same engineering and applied science that has defined our journalism for over a century, as well as the emerging technologies that will shape the decades ahead.
In addition to the main newspaper, Ingeniøren publishes 13 niches aimed at professionals in Denmark and Europe. Eleven are in Danish.
Our two English-language niches, The Sidechannel and The Resilient, are trusted by professionals in the cybersecurity and critical infrastructure sectors across Europe.

The newsletter is published twice a week, for professionals that work with cybersecurity and data protection.
